Filters Privacy Policy
BlueTag operates Filters (com.bluetag.filters). Contact the privacy and support team at hsb5975@naver.com.
Account and app data
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we process your account identifier, email address and display name to authenticate you and provide your account. We store your filter recipes, saved projects, likes, comments, usage limits, AI analysis results and purchase-verification records to deliver the features you request, synchronize your account, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not receive your Google or Apple password or your payment-card details.
Photos and AI analysis
Ordinary camera capture, photo editing and basic color extraction run on your device. We access the camera when you use it and the photos you choose through the system picker. If you request Plus AI filter analysis and agree to the transfer, the selected reference photo is sent through our service to OpenAI for analysis. Our app server does not persist that input photo; it stores the resulting color recipe and analysis. OpenAI may retain API inputs under its own safety and retention policies. Do not submit images you are not entitled to use. Importing a public Instagram URL sends that URL to our service to retrieve the accessible photo.
Public content and reports
Filters, representative images and comments you choose to publish can be viewed by other users. Reports can include your account details, the reported content and a snapshot or image needed for review. Reports are available to the operator, and a summary and evidence may be sent to the operator's support mailbox. Open reports are retained while being handled; resolved or dismissed report content and evidence are deleted 180 days after processing. Moderation decisions and sanction history are retained separately for safety and appeals.
Advertising and choices
The free Android version uses Google AdMob. Its SDK collects and shares IP addresses (which can imply approximate location), device or account identifiers, advertising IDs when available, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. We do not send your selected photos to AdMob. Plus users do not receive in-app ads. We ask for consent where required using Google's User Messaging Platform. Where available, reopen Ad privacy choices in Settings to change your choice. Android settings also let you reset or delete your advertising ID. Users who identify as under 18 receive restricted, non-personalized ad requests. Your age group is stored on your device; we do not request your date of birth.
Service providers and international processing
We use Supabase for authentication, database, storage and server processing, Google and Apple for sign-in and store billing, Google AdMob for advertising, and OpenAI for optional AI analysis. Our database is hosted in Japan; providers may process data in other countries. Each provider handles its service data under its own privacy and retention policies. We use HTTPS for app-server transfers, account-based access controls and restricted operator access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Account details, filters, comments, likes, projects and AI history remain until you delete them or your account. Account deletion removes your login account and those associated records. Photos already saved to your device remain under your control. Purchase verification, usage and anti-abuse records, plus moderation decision histories, can remain separately after deletion to prevent duplicate transactions and abuse and handle refunds, disputes and appeals; these records currently have no automatic expiry. Contact us to request review of their retention or deletion. The 180-day retention rule above applies to processed report content and evidence. Google Play or Apple separately retain their own transaction records.
Your requests and age eligibility
You may request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your data, or ask about consent and processing, by contacting hsb5975@naver.com. We may verify account ownership before acting. In the app, use Settings → My account → Delete account and reauthenticate with the same provider. You can also request deletion from the linked deletion page without reinstalling the app. Deleting your Filters account does not cancel a store subscription; manage cancellation in the store. Filters is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided account data, contact us.
