Delete your Filters account and data
BlueTag operates Filters (com.bluetag.filters). Contact the privacy and support team at hsb5975@naver.com.
Request account or data deletion by email
Delete in the app
Open Filters → Settings → My account → Delete account. Sign in again with the same Google or Apple account, read the deletion information and confirm. If an AI analysis is still running, wait for it to finish and try again.
Request deletion without the app
Email hsb5975@naver.com with the subject ‘Filters account deletion’. Send the request from the email associated with your Filters account and identify the sign-in provider. If you cannot access that address, explain this so we can arrange another account-ownership check. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents. You can ask to delete specific data instead of the entire account.
What is removed
Deletion removes your Filters login account, filters and their uploaded representative images, comments, likes, favorites, saved projects, AI analysis and previous AI image history. Photos saved to your device are not deleted remotely.
What may remain
Purchase-verification, usage and anti-abuse records and moderation decision histories can remain for refunds, duplicate-purchase prevention, disputes, safety and appeals. These records currently have no automatic expiry; contact us to request a retention or deletion review. Open reports remain while being handled. Resolved or dismissed report content and evidence are deleted 180 days after processing. Store providers keep their own transaction records under their policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel Google Play or App Store subscriptions. Manage or cancel your subscription in the store to stop future renewals. You do not need an active subscription to request account deletion.
