FILTERS ·

Express yourself freely.
Keep each other safe.

Anyone can share a filter they made on Filters and connect through comments and likes. These standards apply to public filters, cover images, names, descriptions, comments and AI results.

1. Our shared standards

2. How to report

Use Report on a filter detail page, comment or AI result. Choose a category and give specific reasons. Identify the problem and, for a rights complaint, explain the original work and your rights. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

If you cannot use the app, email hsb5975@naver.com with the filter name or ID, what you are reporting and why. For immediate physical danger or an emergency, contact local emergency services first.

3. Information sent with a report

The operator receives your report reason, account identifiers (name, email and ID), the reported content and creator details, and a copy of the cover image or comment at the time of reporting. Reports about AI results also include the result image and its associated request description.

Reports are stored in a private management area. A summary and image copies are emailed to the designated operator at hsb5975@naver.com. Reporter information is not shown to other users or the reported person. It is handled only as needed for review and appeals.

4. After submission

Reports move from received to under review, then resolved or no violation. A report alone does not establish a violation. The operator considers context, potential harm, repeated behavior and explanations before choosing an action. Higher-risk reports receive priority.

ActionEffect
Hide contentRestricts public visibility of a filter or comment and access to that filter. Content can be restored after review.
WarningDisplays the reason on the account screen without automatically restricting features.
Temporary suspensionFor a specified period, restricts activities such as publishing filters, commenting, liking, saving camera or edited photos, AI work and new payment requests, and hides public content.
Permanent restrictionRestricts activity indefinitely for serious or repeated violations.

Account activity restrictions end when a suspension expires or is lifted. Content hidden separately must be restored separately by the operator. Actions and reasons are recorded in an audit history.

5. Appeals & subscriptions

Check the reason and duration of a restriction in My account and submit an appeal. Sign-in, sign-out, account deletion, reports and appeals remain available while restricted. You can also email your account ID, the action reason, your explanation and supporting information.

Account restrictions do not automatically cancel store subscriptions. Use Google Play or Apple’s subscription management and refund procedures to cancel or request a refund.

6. Records & retention

Open reports are kept until review is complete. The original text, images and contact information of closed reports are automatically deleted 180 days after closure. Sanction and action histories retain only information needed for operation and appeals. The operator deletes email copies on the same schedule. Send access or deletion requests to the support email.

Abusing reports through false claims, collecting other people’s personal information or repeatedly disrupting operations may also lead to restrictions.
